If your order has already shipped We will have to wait until this is delivered, then you can follow the exchange process. 

If you’ve paid for your order using AfterPay, you won’t be able to cancel your order.

If you have received the damaged/ faulty items, please send us a brief description and a photo of the item to [email protected]
